Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of ToolPeko and its tools. By using the site, you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything, so if a line is unclear, ask us what it means.

The service

ToolPeko provides free online tools that run in your browser. There is no account to create and no fee to pay. Tools may be added, changed or removed over time as the site grows, and features may work slightly differently as browsers themselves change.

Your files and your results

Your files stay yours. ToolPeko claims no ownership over anything you process with a tool, and no ownership over anything a tool produces for you. Your results are yours to use for personal or commercial work. Because the tools run on your device, we never receive your files, and we cannot recover them for you if something goes wrong on your side.

Check important results yourself

The tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. Every tool is tested before it goes live, and reported problems get fixed, but no tool is perfect. Before you rely on a result for something that matters, such as a tax figure, a signed document or a file about to be printed in bulk, check it once yourself. ToolPeko is not liable for losses that come from using a result without that check.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to overload, break into, or interfere with the site or its server.
  • The Redirect Checker and the Broken Links Checker exist to check web addresses you own or have a genuine reason to check. Do not use them to probe systems you have no right to test, and do not try to get around their rate limits.
  • Do not copy the site wholesale, and do not rebuild its tools as a clone under another name. Writing about the tools, reviewing them and linking to them is welcome.
  • Do not use the tools to produce anything that breaks the law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
