Any picture. One PDF. No format arguments.

An image to PDF converter takes JPG, PNG and WebP pictures together and builds one PDF from them, one image per page, in your order. Mixed sets are how images actually live: two phone photos, a screenshot, a graphic saved from a website. One tool, every common format, one document out.

This is the general-purpose door of the family. The format-specific tools exist for strict jobs, a folder of only JPGs, only PNGs. This one answers the everyday case, where the pictures are whatever they are and the deadline is now.

How to convert images to PDF

    1. Drop your images into the box above, or click and pick them from your device.
    2. JPG, PNG and WebP files can all go in together.
    3. Set the order with the arrows on each row. The PDF reads top to bottom.
    4. Pick a page size: fit to each image, or A4 or Letter pages for printing.
    5. Press Convert to PDF and download one document holding every picture.

What happens to each format inside

JPG and PNG images are placed into the PDF exactly as they are, at full quality. WebP images, which a PDF cannot hold natively, are re-drawn as PNG inside the PDF, so they keep their look pixel for pixel at a somewhat larger size. No image is ever shrunk or re-squeezed to save space. If the final PDF is too heavy for an upload box, Compress PDF exists for exactly that moment. Portrait and landscape images each turn a standard page the right way up, and on fit-to-image pages every page simply matches its picture.

The honest limits of image to PDF

The PDF is a picture book, and picture books do not give up their words. Text inside the images is not searchable or selectable in the PDF. When the words matter, read them out first with Image to Text, or keep this PDF for humans and eyes. Very large sets of huge photos can also test an older phone, since the whole document is assembled in your browser’s memory. A few dozen images is a comfortable job anywhere.

The order trap, and how to dodge it

File pickers and photo apps sort by their own rules, so a set named page10, page2, page1 arrives in that jumbled order more often than anyone admits. After adding your images, read the list on screen once before converting. The arrows exist for exactly this. Thirty seconds of ordering here saves the embarrassment of emailing a document whose page three introduces page one, and it is the only step in the whole job that cannot be fixed after the PDF is made.

Jobs people do with image to PDF

An applicant photographs a form, screenshots the confirmation and saves the guidance graphic, then sends one PDF to the portal that demanded exactly that. A teacher gathers worksheets saved in three formats across two years into one printable pack. A seller bundles product shots and a size chart into a single catalogue file. Families turn a shoebox mix of scanned photos into one PDF an archive will accept.

    Private because it happens here

Your images are assembled into the PDF inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored or logged. On ToolPeko that rule covers the whole converter family, not just this page.

    FAQs

Which image formats can I use?

JPG, PNG and WebP, mixed freely in one set. iPhone HEIC photos and scanner TIFF files have their own tools on this site, since they need decoding first.

    Do the images lose quality?

JPG and PNG go in untouched. WebP is re-drawn as PNG inside the PDF, which keeps the look exactly and grows the file a little.

Can I set the page order?

Yes, with the up and down arrows on each file row. The PDF follows the order shown on screen.

What page size is best for printing?

A4 or Letter, whichever your printer uses. Fit to image is best for documents that will be viewed or uploaded rather than printed.

How many images fit in one PDF?

As many as your device can hold in memory during the job. Dozens of ordinary photos or screenshots is a normal, comfortable run.

    Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is built in your browser on your device, and closing the tab wipes the slate clean.
